Docklands Outreach is a client-centered support agency that helps young people and families at risk in creating opportunities for themselves. The organisation works in partnership with other agencies to identify, engage, support and divert young people and families away from environments and patterns of behaviour that can lead to risk of harm and social exclusion.
It provides them with information, advice, care, advocacy, counseling, training, educational, and preventative and harm minimisation programmes, around substance use and misuse, sexual health, conflict resolution and antisocial behaviour, supports young people and families into appropriate specialised services. The holistic, solutionbased model developed by Docklands Outreach enables young people to address and engage with relevant issues in their lives.
